Project Coordinator – Multi-Residential


Project Planning and Execution:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and deliverables.
    • Develop project plans, timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate project kick-off meetings, assign responsibilities and communicate project expectations to team members.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
    • Track project expenses, budgets and resource utilization to ensure adherence to financial targets.

Resource Management:

    • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
    • Monitor resource availability, workload, and capacity to ensure appropriate allocation for project delivery.
    • Facilitate communication between project teams and resource managers to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations.

Communication and Collaboration:

    • Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication, both internally and externally.
    • Facilitate regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
    • Foster effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and information flow.
    • Provide timely updates to project stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and potential risks.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a delivery-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy & quality in project deliverables.
  • Proficient in project management software & tools for planning & scheduling.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to changing project requirements
