Project Coordinator
Job Description
Fugro are looking for talented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in UAE. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the accurate cost coding and cost definition of projects performed by the company and assist the Project Manager & Service Line Manager in the preparation of the required financial and management reports.
Core Activities will include –
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly project reports on timely basis.
- Keep project cost spreadsheet of projects up to date and in good order.
- Prepare monthly project forecasts in liaison with Service Line Managers / Project Managers.
- Book monthly personnel and equipment allocation based on input from Operations and Logistics Departments.
- Assist Service Line Managers / Project Managers to ensure invoices are prepared and submitted in a timely manner, as soon as contractually possible.
- Support on field personnel logistics & mobilization
- Update & maintain project & personnel documents.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for the personnel and crewing preparation
- Support on field personnel logistics & mobilization
- Coordinate with procurement & logistics in reference to equipment preparation
- Participate in special administrative cost reviews projects as required.
- Update personnel and job-wise deployment sheet (PDS) as per personnel utilisation and deployment on responsible projects.
- Actively participate in the mobilization/demobilization of the project
- Arrange POs as required for the project preparation.
- Actively participate in adherence to and improvement of the company Management System on Quality and HSE related issues.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for proven candidates who are versatile, reliable and efficient at handling complex projects. We require first class communicators that adopt a proactive and systematic approach with a competitive attitude, along with:
- MSc or BSc level in an industry associated discipline, or equivalent qualification
- Complex project experience.
- Confidence to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal and written).
