Job Purpose

Performs the administration of MMR, IMR, Recert, Refurbishment projects, with autonomy. Monitors and schedules the flow of materials, components, assemblies, and inventory. Performs analyses and addresses problems in an effort to keep system data accuracy high, excess inventory minimized, and service execution on schedule.

Job Description

  • Conducts planning and responsible for execution of MMR, IMR, and Refurbishment of customer and company owned assets from quote to cash
  • Communicates the technical scope of work to the appropriate party in order to facilitate execution of the service job.
  • Manages entry and releases of sales and service orders in order to meet customer demands
  • Recommends the sources of the components (to make or to buy) per current operation sourcing strategy and enters into the system
  • Maintains and updates the execution plan for projects.
  • Monitors the flow of equipment through the service process, establishes and maintains KPI’s and performance metrics for throughput
  • Generally, assists service team in prioritization efforts
  • Analyses supply and demand of inventory and long-lead parts and takes corrective actions as needed to alleviate schedule impacts or excess inventory
  • Recommends improvements to the current working methods, process, and procedures
  • Works autonomously in day to day tasks
  • Monitors the flow of inventory throughout projects
  • Proposes and recommends modification to current methods and procedures

You are meant for this job if:

  • Technical Diploma, Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with surface wellhead or other pressure control equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with field service experience
  • Knowledge of API Q1/Q2 and TechnipFMC processes and specifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing and presentation skills.  Good English essential, Arabic an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to coordinate resources to meet customer requirements within a team environment
  • Competent in business systems including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, ServiceMax, InteServ
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service
  • Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
