Job Description

  • Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of Government relations.
  • Assist departments in the interpretation, orientation, training and analysis of Government relation’s matters.
  • Assists in administering the Human Resources policies and procedures relating to the required working visa for employment.
  • Assists in providing guidance/advises all staff in the application of local policies and procedures in handling employment documents.
  • Ensures all employees for hiring submit the appropriate documentation and undergo pre-employment procedures,
  • Ensures that all travel arrangements for the identified employee are given, arrival preparations
  • Prepares, submits and collects all documentary requirements like visas, visa renewal and change of status related to staff and their authorized dependents.
  • Assist the team for the Visa Cancellation Forms for leavers, and due to notification and formalities for canceling leaving staff, get the exit stamp and delete their residence visas from the hotel lists, in the immigration.
  • Announce the absconding staff and do all the necessary formalities to delete the visa from the immigration upon each case.
  • Assists in administering the Human Resources policies and procedures relating to the required working visa for employment.
  • Assists in providing guidance/advises all staff in the application of local policies and procedures in handling employment documents.
  • Ensures that all travel arrangements for the identified employee are given,
  • Prepare, submit and follow up the documents related to all licenses needed to operate the hotel and the licenses for the entertainers.
  • Keeps track of the validity of all working papers, and prepares/processes renewal in a timely manner as needed.
  • Ensures the visa has applied for guests transit visas, visit visas, according to the request of the reservation department and make sure that the visa is renewed or cancelled and deleted from the list of the immigration department upon departure of guests.

Qualifications

  • In the same role for at least 1 year in UAE on the same role
  • Understand and well knowledgeable about the UAE Law
  • Able to speak, read and write Arabic
  • Fluent in English
  • With pleasing personality and a well-focused individual
