Job Purpose:

If you are interested to be responsible to do analysis on raw/packaging material and finished goods products as per the assigned responsibility by the team leader to support the delivery of key KPIs on time of Quality releases and making sure to follow all Safety and hygiene requirements, then this role is just for you!
The Quality Analyst should master the operation of a series of lab equipment to make sure he/she is able to work between different roles of raw/packaging materials or Finished goods. Supported by the core skills to work within an autonomous team the quality analyst will diligently follow the established standards of Quality and drive continuous improvement on safety, quality and eco-efficiency are the hallmarks of the Quality analyst, which complement an enhanced ability to analyze, problem solve and coach others.
What will your main responsibilities be?
Technical – Knowledge and operation of lab equipment to measure all analytical and Microbiological parameters related to but not limited to PH/Viscosity/SG/titration etc.
Preferrable to have Knowledge on ATP and conventional microbiological testing methods.
Monitor/evaluation and calibration of lab equipment.
Utilize all appropriate safety and environmental procedures relating to the Sourcing Unit and allocated equipment to ensure a safe working environment for the whole team.
Understand the legal responsibility placed upon individuals.
Workplace Hazards – Full knowledge of the workplace and hazards within it.
Utilize all appropriate safety and environmental procedures for people, processes, materials, products and equipment relevant to the task.
Environment – Reduce environmental impacts and costs associated with utilities, chemicals and product and operational wastes through maximizing eco-efficient operation.
Good Manufacturing practices – maintain 5S in lab and make sure all GMP standards are followed in lab
Continuous Improvement – Use performance measures to identify and prioritize losses in Lab area.
Problem Solving – Identifies, prioritizes and addresses problems using appropriate tools and techniques that eliminate recurrence. Capable and confident of using Kaizen and other improvement tools.
Documentation management – create/store/organize all the lab documents to ensure proper compliance against ISO standards.
Execution of quality inspections on the line as per the standards defined.
Outputs / performance Metrics
On time inspection/release for the RM/PM or FG whichever is assigned.
On time inspection on the line for the quality standard.
Lab Systems improvement as per the aligned target.
Lab productivity Improvement Projects as per the aligned targets.
What you need to succeed?
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, laboratory management or engineering.
1 – 2 Years experience in FMCG Laboratory environment.
SAP QM knowledge.
ISO certification knowledge.
Laboratory Certification knowledge.
Digital Basics (Microsoft office).
Experience in Handling Suppliers for Quality improvements.
Experience in Managing Quality management Systems.
Experience in digital transformation.
