Established in 2004, Al Ain University (AAU) opened the doors to its first student cohort in 2005. Constantly innovating, AAU expanded its facilities by opening a second campus in Abu Dhabi in 2008, offering programs in Business and Law. Having begun with three colleges (Engineering, Business, Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences), the University has continued to expand its program offerings which now include 22 undergraduate programs across six colleges (Engineering, Pharmacy, Law, Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences, Business and Communication and Media), 8 Master’s programs, and 1 Professional Diploma in Teaching program.
Job Discription:
- Answering phone calls in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner and redirecting them as necessary.
- Welcoming visitors, students, and staff in the reception area.
- Guiding visitors to the desired departments and directing students to lecture halls.
- Providing information and instructions on resource usage efficiently.
- Collaborating in following up on customer feedback reports and complaints.
- Maintaining the organization of the reception area by adhering to university procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as sending and updating calendars via email.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
General Conditions:
- Proficiency in English languages, spoken and written.

- Good command in computer skills, particularly MS office programs
