What you’ll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily room inventory, ensuring optimal room assignments to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience, from the moment they arrive.
- You’ll also ensure full alignment between the Front Office, Housekeeping and Revenue team to prepare rooms to the highest standards, deliver on special requests, and accommodate early arrivals or late departures with precision and care.
- Your role will involve constant monitoring of room type, availability , and out-of-order statuses to maximize occupancy while protecting the guest experience.
- You will ensure VIP and suite allocations are thoughtfully planned in coordination with Guest Relations and Sales & Marketing Department.
- You will maintain and update room status information in our Property Management System, troubleshoot discrepancies, and proactively resolve any allocations conflicts.

What you’ll bring
- You’ll bring your unique personality, attention to detail and passion to the role and the team.
- You have a strong background in Front Office operations and a deep understanding of room categories, guest preferences, and hotel inventory strategies – ideally gained in a luxury hotel setting.
- You are highly proficient with Property Management Systems such as Opera and possess a working knowledge of housekeeping and reservations procedures.
- You have the ability to stay calm under pressure, and make quick informed decisions that protect both the business and the guest journey.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You’re an excellent communicator who can collaborate effortlessly across departments to ensure service delivery is aligned.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional fluency in Arabic, French, Mandarin or Russian is a plus.
