Sales Promotion Manager
Job Summary:
About the Role & Team
This role involves the development and implementing of integrated Sales and Promotion Strategies for Disneyland Paris aligned to our international market strategy to support short to mid-term growth in the designed region. You will also develop local relationships with partners at all levels (Media, Corporate Partners, Trade Partners, Transportation Partners) and you will make sure The Walt Disney Company synergy projects are well executed and optimized. In this role you will be reporting into the Senior Manager Head of Sales for International Markets.
What You Will Do
- Defines, executes and reports overall local sales & distribution
- Aligns strategies with central teams
- Assures local resources for execution of strategies and projects
- Builds strong & solid relationships at all levels with key players related to sales activities.
- Assures support of local major trade, transport and institutional partners.
- Reaches volume targets
- Reaches revenue budget
- Respect cost budget
- Develops senior level relationships with line of business and participant stakeholders to generate new opportunities and increased exposure
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Has attended business school
- Intercultural sensitivity
- We are looking for someone who is driven and is motivated in their role
- Has had experience in a similar/related role
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills and builds strong relationships with stakeholders with the intention of driving results
- Has experience in leading a team
- Management of complex commercial environment (multiple countries)
- Extensive experience in leisure industry within multiple and diverse sales environment
- Good marketing experience with brand commercialization within matrix organization is a plus
- Good IT & digital knowledge
