About the Role
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Sales Team Leader will lead a team of Business Development Managers from the LNLP Dubai office with territories across the Middle East
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring, and training sales team to create a high-performing sales team
- Setting sales goals, comparing performance to goals, and adjusting goals as needed
- Assessing current team processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing them
- Carrying a New Business Personal and team target
- Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts through CRM (Salesforce)
- Driving new business acquisition and market penetration for the International Sales department
- Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management teams to generate new sales opportunities
Requirements
- Have well-developed computer skills including Word, Excel and CRM System
- Be an authoritative communicator and negotiator with staff at all levels
- Display a high level of presentation skills
- Demonstrate proven performance against sales targets
- Have high volume subscription sales experience
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Have excellent experience in Direct Sales management
