We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a pivotal customer-facing role at the intersection of business and technology. You will work closely with Sales to engage prospective clients, shape solutions, and show how Orbus can help them transform their operations. Your expertise in aligning enterprise needs with technical capabilities will directly contribute to new business and long-term customer success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand business challenges, current architecture and strategic goals

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that clearly link technical capabilities to business outcomes

Build and configure proof-of-concepts (POCs) tailored to client needs and success criteria

Customize OrbusInfinity to reflect each customer’s environment and evaluation process

Deliver training for end users, administrators and partner teams, including tailored content and Train-the-Trainer sessions

Support RFP responses and technical proposal development with the Sales team

Run webinars on best practices in Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Analysis and Application Portfolio Management

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and contribute to solution development

Keep all engagement activity and correspondence up to date in our CRM (Salesforce)

Provide support on Power BI reports, stylesheet creation and API configurations using Swagger and JSON

WHAT YOU BRING

1 to 2 years of experience in a Technical Sales, Pre-Sales or Solutions Consulting role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences

Familiarity with Microsoft tools including Visio, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerAutomate and MS Forms

Confidence working independently and as part of a high-performing regional team

Willingness to travel across the region for in-person demos, workshops and training (up to 50%)

Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL or COBIT are a strong advantage

Fluent English is required. Arabic or another regional language is a plus
