SPA Receptionist

Functional Accountabilities Operations

Drive business and loyalty through exemplary guest service including remembering and showing recognition to regular clients, updating client record with preference, and ensuring therapist are aware of all client preference prior to the guest arrival

Ensure spa appointments, therapist breaks and rooms assignments are scheduled efficiently and in manner that allows us to maximize potential booking and where required contact guests suggest amending timings

Ensure team members follow Pause Spa standard: grooming, client profile and history, consultation, journey, treatment.

Monitor schedules and bookings for upcoming days

Creation of monthly spa roster

5. Qualifications and experience

Experience and Technical Knowledge

1 Year previous experience in reception, sale or customer service field
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, highly organized and focused


Proven certification and qualification to work as spa receptionist
Good level of English both written and verbal
Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
