Title : Store Officer
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming aviation parts, equipment, and supplies
• Organize and store items in appropriate locations within the warehouse or storage facility
• Prepare accurate documentation, such as receiving reports, inventory records, and shipping manifests
• Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy
• Perform routine inspections of stored items to identify and report any damage or discrepancies
• Coordinate with the procurement team to fulfill internal requisitions in a timely manner
• Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures and contribute to process improvements.
Authority – Stock counting and inventory analysis
Qualification: AME Diploma / Any Relevant Degree
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Aviation Store/Warehouse
