Vendor Coordinator
What’s On Our Plate
- Generate, read and analyze data in order to achieve Operational KPIs.
- Keep a customer & vendor focused approach while making operational decisions to maintain a holistic view.
- Manage inventory and assortment parity to minimize out-of-stock in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative assistance to vendors; address vendor issues
- Ensuring Promotions are implemented on a timely basis to avoid compromising potential revenue.
- Help vendors familiarize with internal tools and technology for optimized order processing
- Ensuring quality of the vendor’s assortment is maintained at 100% accuracy and attention to detail is practiced.
- Improve vendor delay by working closely with partners to identify and solve for key issues.
What We Ordered
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Good analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Committed to own performance and development.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Intermediate skills in excel.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-growing team and be a team player
• English and Hindi is a must; Arabic is an advantage
