JOB DESCRIPTION

The job holder supports the acquisition and management of customer accounts and facilitates the collection of information for delivery of advice to customers based on their needs and objectives. The job holder responds to requests for information in a timely fashion. The job holder handles after-sales support in servicing customer needs, such as processing of documents and handling any additional queries that may arise.

Job Purpose 

The incumbent shall be responsible to provide top quality service for day to day business affairs to their customers. The job holder will also be responsible for managing the 360 degree relationship with the customer. This will include customer profiling, catering to the customer’s Forex, Trade & Asset requirements.

Further, they will be required to achieve high levels of service standard and maximize client satisfaction and ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and anti-money laundering regulations.

Main Tasks

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with the customers
  • Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities
  • Handle service quality and operational issues of the assigned portfolio
  • Facilitate in providing potential banking solutions based on identified needs of the client
  • To keep up to date with latest market trends, customer preferences, changing customers  behaviour patterns and new products, as well as regularly monitoring activity by key competitors
  • Sell & Cross sell bank’s products & services to achieve the financial targets
  • Financial KPI’s will include:
    • Net New Money growth
    • Net interest income
    • Casa Fee Income
    • Revenue targets from sale of Forex & Trade products to the clients managed.
    • Retail Asset lending
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and endeavour to close the deals with the assistance from the Product Specialist and other stakeholders
  • Under the regular reviews of the assigned customer portfolio and update CDD to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Responsible to regularize & retain customer accounts under the identified annual High Risk Account Review list
  • Identify and analyse the areas of potential risk under the portfolio and report them
  • To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, anti-misselling etc. and comply with the same
  • To be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile for each client as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

  • Products  to be managed –        Export LC bill discounting, Document collection ,  Export and import docs handling & collection. Retail SME assets, Liability products ,Forex, Online Banking for SME’ LC (Letter of Credit) – Sight , Usance, Special, Transferrable, Issuance, advising & negotiation , BG (Bank Guarantee) – Bid Bond, APG, Performance Bond, Retention Bond, Financial Guarantees, Advance payment guarantees, Labor guarantees & others
