Overview of the role
SAP Security & GRC role provides support to SAP Security solutions in Al-Futtaim Group and manages SAP application across various lines of business including Automotive, Retail, HR, Real Estate and Financial Services.
The technical activities of the role will include upgrade and enhancements across various SAP Business projects , change requests and performing administrator task to keep SAP Security &GRC framework optimized, healthy and running.
What you will do
• Provisioning of SAP user id to business users for performing day to day business activities in SAP application
• Work in full Life Cycle Role Implementation, Go-Live, Post Go-Live, and Production Support projects
• Maintaining audit focus on business-critical issues and ongoing changes (Bug Fix, RFC’s and Project’s) in across the land scape
• Helping internal and external auditors perform timely risk assessments
• Develop standards, procedures, controls and ensure adherence to the same
• Develop test scripts, perform unit testing, and contribute to integration testing of Authorization objects
• Provide technical support to end users; diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root causes, as well as institute corrective actions and preventive measures
• defining and implementing segregation of duties (SoD) rules to prevent conflicts of interest and fraud.
• Ensuring the appropriate assignment of SAP user license type to the business users and EIT users by using existing tolls on place.
• Performing administrator task to keep SAP Security framework optimized
Required Skills to be successful
• Experience in External & Internal Audit activities
• Experience in License Management
• Experience in Monitoring activities
• Experience in GRC access control
• Experience in HANA Security
What equips you for the role
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
• Minimum of 8- 10 years of experience in the same field
• Experience in RBA and classical model of Role Based Authentication
• Ability to work and make decisions under challenging timelines
